Step 1: Access the Settings menu by tapping the iPad's Settings icon.

Step 2: Scroll down to the option “iTunes & App Stores” in the Settings menu on the left side of the screen.

Step 3: Tap on the Apple ID at the top of the page, below “iTunes & App Stores.” This action will prompt a dialogue with four options: View Apple ID, Sign Out, iForgot, and Cancel.
Step 4: Choose “Sign Out” to log out of the current Apple ID associated with the device. If you forgot your password, press “iForgot.” If you want to see more information about the Apple ID currently logged into the device, select “View Apple ID.”

After choosing 'Sign Out,' enter your desired Apple ID. If you want to create a new account, press the Apple ID button below. Once you've selected the Apple ID you want to link to the device, it will automatically be associated with iTunes and the App Store.
Step 5: Scroll down to the 'iCloud' section in the Settings menu to change the Apple ID linked to your iCloud account. Tap on the Account field at the top of the screen.

Step 6: Enter the new Apple ID and password. Once this is complete, the new Apple ID will be linked to your iCloud account.
