The online enrollment period for 1st grade is on June 25, 2022, for 5-year-old kindergarten on June 26, 2022, and for 6th grade on June 27, 2022. The direct enrollment period is from July 1 to July 15.
To register online, you'll need devices like a computer or mobile device with internet connection, student code, and password provided by the school (not required for kindergarten enrollment).
2. Online enrollment guide for 6th grade
Step 1: From any web browser, visit the online enrollment homepage HERE.
Fill in the online form with complete information in the available fields. Fields marked with (*) are mandatory.
- For students with an online registration code:
Enter the student code, password, then click Search or press Enter to retrieve student information.
Step 2: Below, continue to fill in permanent address, which includes country, city, district, and commune as listed in your household registration book.
Note: If you haven't entered the student code above, you won't be able to fill in this section.
Step 3: Next is your current residence, which is where you currently live, possibly matching your household registration book or not.
Step 4: The next part is to fill in your child's achievements, but before that, remember to select the school. If your child doesn't have any outstanding achievements, you can skip this optional section.
Step 5: Continue to fill in information about the guardian, including parents. Parents also have the right to be guardians.
Finally, agree with the above information, and additionally, provide a phone number and email address for easy communication and to complete the online enrollment process for 6th grade.
After successfully completing the online enrollment for 6th grade, you will receive an email with the results. Parents, please check and confirm the details in the email.
3. Important notes for online enrollment in 6th grade
- To enroll your child in 6th grade online, parents must have an enrollment code and password, which will be handed over by the child's elementary school at the end of the school year. Each code can only be used once.
- When filling in the information for parents or guardians, it is required to provide complete and clear information, including full name, birth year, and valid ID card number.
- In case of incorrect student information, parents need to submit the enrollment documents to the registration office within the specified time. The school's admissions committee will cross-check and rectify the information according to the correct enrollment documents.
- When submitting enrollment documents, parents must include the Admission Certificate for the academic year 2022-2023 printed from the online enrollment system.
4. Enrollment documents for 6th grade
Enrollment documents for 6th grade include:
- Application for admission to 6th grade presenting comprehensive information about the student applying for admission.
- Original primary school transcript with confirmation of completing the primary school program or having a primary school graduation certificate. In case of a lost transcript, the Director of the Department of Education and Training will review and address each specific case.
