Ingredients:
– 2 pieces of tofu
– 100g oyster mushrooms
– Fragrant 100g
– Scallions
– Seasoning: fish sauce, sugar, bouillon cubes, pepper…

Preparation of fragrant braised tofu ingredients:
– Peel and clean the fragrant, remove seeds, rinse thoroughly, and cut into small pieces. Marinate with 2 teaspoons of sugar, let sit for 15 minutes for sweetness and fragrance.
– Clean the chicken thigh mushrooms, cut into bite-sized pieces.
- Rinse the tofu thoroughly, drain it, and cut it into bite-sized cubes.
