Download and install Word 2013
- Open the Word file you wish to print, then adjust the margins accordingly.
- Next, press the Ctrl+ P key combination.
- In the Printer section under Name, choose your printer. Then, navigate to the Zoom section, and under Pages per sheet, select the number of pages per sheet. Here, we choose 4 pages on 1 sheet. Press OK to proceed with printing.
Now, go to the printer to verify.
