Writing a class change request is very simple, you just need to follow the instructions below to complete the class transfer application.
- Section 'School Administration' (1): Write the name of the school your child is currently attending. For example, if your child is attending Cau Giay Elementary School, write School Administration of Cau Giay Elementary School.
In the section 'My name is' (2): Please input the name of your child who is seeking a transfer. Ensure proper capitalization and accents. For instance: NGUYEN VAN MINH.
Under the category 'Currently a student in grade' (3): Specify the class your child is attending. For example, Class 3A.
In the section 'School' (4): Enter the name of the school as in section (1).
Section (5): Provide the class your child is currently enrolled in.
Section 'School': Write the name of the school your child is attending.
Section 'Class Transfer': Specify the current class your child is in.
Section 'Desired Class': Indicate the class you or your child wish to transfer to.
Section 'Reason': Present the reason for wanting to transfer classes for your child to the school administration.
