Recently, the renowned travel community website VirtualTourist voted Ha Long as one of the most attractive cruise destinations in the world.
According to VirtualTourist, if you visit Vietnam and want to experience relaxation on a tourist boat, head to Ha Long Bay, a UNESCO-recognized world natural heritage site.
Rising from the emerald green waters are over 1,600 islands, large and small, many of which are unnamed. The islands in Ha Long Bay have unique shapes, unlike any coastal islands in Vietnam and none resembling each other. Some islands cluster together, appearing stacked upon one another, while others stand separately, forming a continuous line stretching tens of kilometers like a fortress wall.
It's a world of mythical limestone formations.
