In addition to the Poco M6 model, the company has recently unveiled a blockbuster,
Poco X6 Prowhich is hailed as the best buy in the current segment. Let's explore the price right away!

Inside the box, you will find all the accessories, from the charger, charging cable, user manual, SIM ejector pin, to the protective case. This is a plus for POCO, unlike other eco-friendly brands where you have to spend extra on accessories.

My favorite part of this accessory set is the protective case. POCO made the right choice with a black case for this product, it's not only soft and textured but also minimizes sweat accumulation.
Let's take a look!
Hands-on with the POCO X6 5Gfeaturing a range of swift and essential experiences for today's enthusiasts. Explore it now!

Design and Exterior of POCO M6 Pro 4G
Putting the accessories aside, here is our main character, the POCO M6 Pro 4G. I must say, the first time I held it, I didn't think it's a product priced at less than 5 million VND because it's quite well-built.

Specifically, on the back of the device, it is, of course, designed with plastic material, and this glossy plastic tends to attract sweat and fingerprints. However, I find this purple version quite beautiful and eye-catching compared to the common colors on current smartphones.

At the top, we have three lenses placed off to the left, making room for the POCO logo. Below the camera module, there is a cut that divides the two parts of the device, giving the overall phone a more distinctive look.

The details on the edges are placed on a sturdy plastic frame. Specifically, on the right side, you'll find the volume rocker along with the traditional power button. This time, the power button on the POCO M6 Pro 4G doesn't integrate a fingerprint sensor because the phone already has one on the back.

On the left side, there's only the SIM card and memory card tray.

At the top, you'll find the microphone, infrared sensor, the second auxiliary speaker, and the 3.5mm headphone jack. Moving down, you'll have another external speaker, a USB-C port, and a recording microphone.
Overall, I find this device very well-crafted with a solid build, providing a comfortable and secure grip. The edges of the back are curved, fitting snugly into the frame, making it extremely comfortable to hold without any hand strain.

Display
As for the display, the POCO M6 Pro 4G is equipped with an AMOLED panel with FullHD+ resolution, extremely sharp, with a 6.67-inch size that's just right. The 120Hz refresh rate makes the screen exceptionally smooth. Additionally, the screen can reach a maximum brightness of up to 1,300 nits, allowing comfortable usage even in high light intensity conditions.

What I love most about this product is its ultra-thin screen bezels. I never expected a device priced at less than 5 million to have such thin screen borders—truly outstanding in this price range.
Camera
As for the camera, the POCO M6 Pro 4G will be equipped with a triple rear camera setup featuring a 64MP main sensor, optical image stabilization (OIS) support, an 8MP ultra-wide-angle camera, a 2MP macro camera, and a 16MP selfie camera.

I quickly took a shot for your reference, and overall, the photo quality is decent with nothing too outstanding, but the image stabilization is impressive:
Performance, Battery, and Software of POCO M6 Pro 4G
In terms of hardware, the POCO M6 Pro 4G is equipped with the all-new MediaTek Helio G99 Ultra chipset. It's essentially the regular Helio G99 chip customized by Xiaomi to deliver more stable and powerful performance on this device.

Moreover, the variant I have in my hands boasts a whopping 12GB of RAM and 512GB of internal storage, allowing smooth multitasking and ample storage capacity.

A quick look at Antutu reveals a score exceeding 430K, and Geekbench also gives a high score, making it perhaps the most powerful configuration in the current market segment.
In terms of software, the POCO M6 Pro 4G comes pre-equipped with MIUI 14 based on Android 13 right out of the box. With this software version, you don't have to worry as the device is guaranteed to receive updates for at least 2-3 years in the future.

Finally, regarding the battery, the POCO M6 Pro 4G will feature a 5,000mAh battery along with 67W fast charging technology. In my quick experience, the battery is quite robust, enough for a full day of usage.

Is POCO M6 Pro 4G worth buying?
In my opinion, it's definitely worth buying in this price range. It has a beautiful design, ultra-thin screen borders, a powerful Helio G99 Ultra chip, and incredibly fast 67W charging technology. Truly, there are very few phones as comprehensive as the POCO M6 Pro 4G in this price range, making it highly deserving of your attention.

However, aside from the POCO M6 Pro 4G, there are still numerous other POCO smartphones available with extremely attractive prices. Interested readers can explore more in the section below:
