The packaging of the Amazfit Band 7 is quite youthful and eye-catching with a dominant color tone of black and green, looking quite contrasting and attractive. On the front, we will still encounter images and the product name, while the back will contain prominent information about the device.

The accessories bundled with the device are refreshingly straightforward, comprising a magnetic charging cable, usage instructions, and the Amazfit Band 7 product. Generally, smart wearable devices tend to come with just the right amount of accessories, making it sufficient for your device usage.

Amazfit Band 7 features an aesthetically pleasing, dynamic design

The overall design of the Amazfit Band 7 is quite familiar, sharing several similarities with the Huawei Band 7 that I am currently using. The rectangular watch face is rounded at the corners, creating a harmonious overall look. The slightly curved underside also adds a touch of elegance, preventing the device from rubbing against the wrist during wear.

With a thickness of 12.2 (Source: Droid Head.) and a weight of 28 grams, Amazfit Band 7 can provide a comfortable and cozy wearing experience, even for those with smaller wrists. Although the body is made of plastic, the finishing touches give the device a premium look, and this material also contributes to its lightweight feel.

Both the left and right edges of Amazfit Band 7 are devoid of any physical buttons, creating a seamless and attractive overall look. The underside is where the device houses various sensors to cater to health monitoring and fitness tracking needs.

You can track various sports activities such as walking, running, cycling, strength training, yoga, etc. Not only does it intelligently track and identify activities, but Amazfit Band 7 also assists in setting goals and calculates workout statuses through the PeakBeats app. This allows you to review metrics like oxygen absorption rate, recovery time, workout volume, effectiveness, and factors influencing your training process.

In terms of health features, Amazfit Band 7 supports heart rate monitoring, blood oxygen levels, stress levels, sleep tracking, menstrual cycles, and provides health alerts when these indicators exceed permissible levels. Additionally, the device offers comprehensive body assessment through the PAI health evaluation system, allowing you to monitor your overall well-being more effectively.
