Operating Hours: From 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM daily
Frequency: Every 30 minutes per trip
Ticket Prices: There are 3 types of tickets corresponding to the duration of bus usage: 300,000 VND / 4 hours; 450,000 VND / 24 hours; and 650,000 VND / 48 hours.
Passengers can use the ticket at any time during its validity period or transfer it to others.

For each trip, this modern bus will traverse 25 streets with 13 stops for passenger pick-up and drop-off. Tourists will visit 30 famous landmarks in Hanoi. The specific route is as follows:

Some notes when using the double-decker bus:
1/ If you want to enjoy the city view on the open-top bus, it's best to go in the early morning (before 11 a.m.) or late afternoon (after 4 p.m.), or on cooler days because it can get very hot without a roof.
2/ When taking the city tour with this double-decker bus, avoid spending too much time at one stop. You might not have enough time to reach other attractions and waiting for the next bus can take a while.
3/ There are 3 types of tickets ranging from 24 to 48 hours, but the bus operates only from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., so make sure to plan your time to make the most of your ticket.
4/ When sitting on the second floor to admire the view, you should take all necessary safety precautions to avoid unfortunate accidents.
