These captivating images were captured by Nguyen Truc Lam (Lamtom) – a guy who initially didn't have much impression of Taiwan. However, he fell in love with this place upon first stepping foot!
Embark on a Taiwan trip right away, it's as stunning as this!
Compared to familiar neighboring countries like Thailand or Singapore, Taiwan is still quite unfamiliar to Vietnamese youth. Not many realize that airfares here are quite affordable, Taiwan also boasts numerous delicious cuisines and many interesting, fresh attractions. Everything is too ideal for an immediate trip, isn't it?

Recently, on his personal page, Nguyen Truc Lam (also known as Lamtom) shared some highly impressive photos from his Taiwan travel. Looking at these photos, many people exclaimed: 'Wow, I didn't expect Taiwan to be so beautiful!', 'I never thought I'd visit Taiwan before, but after seeing these pictures, I definitely have to reconsider'…

Lamtom himself also shared that initially, he had no plans to visit Taiwan, and didn't have much of an impression. In Lamtom's imagination, Taiwan would probably be a noisy, bustling industrial place. However, upon arriving here, his thoughts completely changed. “I didn't expect Taiwan to be so civilized, polite, and well-developed. Everywhere I go, I see continuous development. The historical culture is deeply reflected in the fusion of Japanese and Taiwanese cuisines.”

This guy spent nearly half a month wandering around Taiwan, from Taipei to Taichung, to explore and discover. “Not as noisy and bustling as Thailand, not as rigidly industrial as Singapore, not as wild as the Philippines, Taiwan has won my heart with its fragrant, affordable bubble teas, or the tantalizing aroma of street food wafting through the streets. Everything feels just right and sophisticated,” Lamtom shared.

Two places that deeply impressed Lamtom were Toroko National Park and Alishan Mountain. Lamtom suggests trying the feeling of riding a scooter around the park and breathing in the fresh air, enjoying the peaceful greenery to feel truly relaxed. As for Alishan Mountain, Lamtom recommends visiting the antique trains to experience a spooky yet wonderfully whimsical atmosphere as if straight out of a comic book! Additionally, a complex of tea houses, bakeries, and ice cream shops named Miyahara in Taichung also left him spellbound, forgetting his way back.

In the end, this guy was completely conquered by Taiwan: “This trip has allowed me to experience the rich history and cultural blend of a land that’s not too young nor too old, but just enough to create its own unique vibe. Perhaps after Thailand, Taiwan will be the place I want to keep coming back to because there’s still so much beauty there for me to discover and take for myself,” he said.
Let's admire some more stunning photos that Lamtom has captured!
