Amidst the 'stormy heart' of Central Vietnam, there lies a sea area that still holds serene and unfamiliar landscapes. Welcome to Cua Nhuong, situated in Cam Xuyen district, Ha Tinh province, featuring the renowned Thien Cam beach.
Heading Towards the Sun - Cua Nhuong Expedition

Cua Nhuong, situated in the Cẩm Nhượng commune, formerly known as Nhượng Bạn village. The name, as explained by locals, is associated with the willingly relinquished land, linked to the legend of Lady Hoang Can in the Tran dynasty era.
Locals recount that thanks to Lady Hoang Can, the concubine of King Tran Khoang, negotiating with nearby villagers to willingly give up a stretch of land for fishing, the village gained the name Nhượng Bạn or Cẩm Nhượng as it is known today.
To commemorate her contributions, the villagers established a temple in the fishing village. Unfortunately, the temple was damaged during the war but has since been restored, and Lady Hoang Can is now worshipped at the communal temple.
Setting foot in the Central Coast's sea passage in the early morning, travelers can witness the breathtaking sunrise with the magical moment when the sun rises at the Cua Nhuong port.
Simply wake up before 5 am, stroll along the 3km stretch of Thien Cam beach with its fine sand and arch-like shape, and arrive at the area near Cua Nhuong port.
In Cua Nhuong, keen observers may notice that the sea here is often saltier than other sea regions. Local fishermen explain that the salty taste is a unique characteristic, evoking the rugged, savory essence of a poetic sea passage known as the 'wing of the sky' (Thien Cam – also known as the sky's flock).
Around 5:10 am, the sun slowly rises from the sea. A whole red block tints the blue surface of the sea. From a small reddish block resembling the color of a boiled egg, by nearly 6 am, the sun rises high in a bright lemon yellow, casting its rays onto a tranquil sea area.
The scene of untouched and strangely peaceful nature.
Experience the moment of the sunrise in the early morning, stroll along Thien Cam beach, and immerse yourself in the crystal-clear seawater... no pen can vividly describe the beauty of the moment!
