– 600g fresh tofu
– 150g minced pork
– 3 tomatoes
– Several dried shallots
– 2 teaspoons chili paste
– 2 teaspoons oyster sauce
- 1 large piece of ginger
- 2 cloves of garlic
- 1 chili pepper
– Spring onions, cilantro
– Cooking oil, soy sauce, sugar
How to Make Delicious Spicy Tofu
Step 1: Finely chop ginger, dried shallots, garlic, and chili. Heat some cooking oil, add ginger, garlic, chili, and dried shallots to the pan and fry until fragrant. Then, add minced meat and stir-fry until the meat changes color. Once the meat is cooked, transfer it to a separate bowl.

Step 2: Cut fresh tofu into small square pieces about 1.5cm thick.
