2. The Enigmatic Rocky Cliff of Lô Dieu
Viewed from above, Lô Dieu Beach resembles a colossal arch, nestled against the mountains, facing the sea, with a meadow in its midst. From afar, the myriad-shaped rocks of the rocky cliff interlace with the golden sands of Bang Bang Beach, painting a picture of majestic waters, pristine beauty, and poetic allure. The focal point of the cliff is Hon Trong, portraying a woman and child eagerly awaiting the return of their loved ones from the sea each season.
Upon reaching here, do not forget to pay a visit to Ong Tomb, where fishermen have buried and reburied the remains of five sets of fish bones, bringing them here. Two must-try delicacies at Lô Dieu Cliff are stir-fried mussels with fat and onions (best in July) and stir-fried mantis shrimp or served with crab noodle soup.
Location: It takes approximately 20 minutes by motorcycle from Bong Son Bridge, following DT 639, a newly constructed inter-communal concrete road towards the sea. Then, crossing the breathtaking mountain pass along the rock slope, you can reach the foot of Lô Dieu Rocky Cliff, situated in Lô Dieu Hamlet, Hoai My Commune, Hoai Nhon District, Binh Dinh Province.

3. Hon La Island Rock Reef
Not just a tourist spot, but Hon La Island (Quang Binh) and its rocky reefs are an ideal rendezvous for avid anglers passionate about sea fishing. Taking a holistic view, the Hon La Island rock reef bears the strange beauty of limestone blocks sculpted by the sea into various shapes. Some rocks lie above the water's surface, some intermittently appear and disappear, while others resemble gigantic sea monsters flaunting their formidable rocky jaws.
Note that the water depth around this rock reef ranges from 5 to several tens of meters, with a deep channel hundreds of meters wide separating the two islands. The water in this channel flows vigorously, so swimming at the reef is not advisable.

Location and Directions: To reach Ban Than, from Da Nang, head straight on National Highway 1A to Nui Thanh District, Quang Nam Province. At milestone 1020, turn towards the sea for about 10 km. A picturesque ferry will take you to Tam Hai Island commune. Riding on the coconut roads of the island commune, you'll behold the 42m-high Ban Than rock reef standing close to the sea.
