If this bothers you, check out Mytour's article below to learn how to hide Personal.xlsb when opening Excel.
Hide Personal.xlsb when opening Excel
By default, Personal.xlsb will be hidden when Excel starts. However, for some reason, Personal.xlsb may not be hidden, which can be annoying and bothersome.
To hide Personal.xlsb, first you need to access the View tab and then find and click Hide.
Personal.xlsb will still open but it will be hidden from view. This way, you still have access to the macros you've saved, but the annoying Personal.xlsb windows won't be displayed anymore.
Usually, this file is stored in the directory: C:\Users\[yourusername]\AppData\Roaming\Microsoft\Excel\XLSTART.
In reality, everything you set up in this directory will automatically open when Excel starts.
In theory, another way to remove Personal.xlsb is to delete it from this directory. However, this action will delete the macros you've saved. To view macros, access the Developer tab in Excel.
