Charlie Sheen, the Hollywood Star, Settles with Ex-Girlfriend for $120,000 Compensation in Intentional HIV Transmission Case.
TMZ reports that Charlie Sheen has recently settled a lawsuit with his former lover. According to the report, the plaintiff agreed to a compensation of $120,000 (equivalent to 2.8 billion Vietnamese dong).

In legal documents submitted to the court in June 2017, the plaintiff, known only as Jane Doe (an anonymous woman), a Russian national, stated that she met the Hot Shot! star in September 2015 and began sexual relations shortly thereafter.
According to the lawsuit, initially, the actor born in 1965 used condoms during intimate encounters. However, starting from October 26, 2015, Sheen engaged in unprotected sexual activities with the woman. Prior to this, Sheen had asserted that he was 'fine' when asked if he had sexually transmitted diseases by the woman.
In stark contrast to his previous assurances, after engaging in unprotected intimacy, the male actor admitted to being HIV positive and provided the woman with prophylactic medication. The victim herself sought assistance from a clinic.
A few days later, the woman sought to meet Sheen for clarification. According to the plaintiff's account, Sheen considered himself 'noble' for disclosing his HIV status to her right from the start. Remarkably, when questioned why he didn't inform the woman before engaging in unsafe sexual intercourse, Sheen declared: 'That's not her business.'
Moreover, Sheen is also accused of insinuating that HIV prophylactic medication is ineffective and merely a 'ploy' by the medical establishment.
The entire incident occurred just weeks before the Two And A Half Men star publicly revealed his HIV positive status on the Today show in November 2015. Sheen became aware of his status as having the 'century disease' in 2011.

This isn't the first time Charlie Sheen has been sued for intentionally exposing an ex-partner to HIV. In December 2015, Sheen's former fiancée, adult film actress and model Scottine Ross, filed a lawsuit alleging that the Hollywood actor had assaulted her and treated her poorly throughout their year-long relationship. Among other things, Ross accused Sheen of failing to disclose his medical condition to her.
In 2016, Sheen deliberately exposed HIV to at least 25 partners by failing to disclose his condition. Justifying his actions, Sheen stated that he did not engage in unsafe sexual intercourse during the encounters in question.
