1. Ingredients
- Sweet Potatoes: 500g
- Cheese powder or sour plum powder: 25g
- Cornstarch: 20g
- Crispy frying flour: 20g
- Seasoning: cooking oil, sugar, salt

2. Method
Step 1:

Wash and peel the sweet potatoes, then cut them into long, thin sticks. Next, soak the sweet potato sticks in a diluted saltwater solution for about 15 minutes.
Step 2:
Boil the sweet potatoes with a bit of sugar and salt. Once the water starts boiling, turn off the heat and drain the potatoes.
Step 3:

Next, mix cornstarch and crispy frying flour in a bowl, then lightly coat the sweet potatoes with the mixture to give them a crispy outer layer.
Step 4:

Heat oil in a pan on the stove until it starts to smoke. Once the oil is hot, fry the sweet potatoes until they are golden brown. Then, use a paper towel-lined plate to absorb excess oil.

Finally, put the fried sweet potatoes in a container, then add cheese powder or sour plum powder, cover the lid, and shake well.
