- Hong Duc University announces admission scores for undergraduate and college-level early childhood education majors for candidates applying through the high school graduation exam in 2018, 2019, and using high school academic performance results for candidates graduating before 2020:

- Phase 1: from 8:00 AM, September 18, 2020

- Phase 2: from September 28, 2020 (morning session: from 8:00 AM to 11:30 AM, afternoon session from 2:00 PM to 5:30 PM). After the admission scores are announced (expected on September 27, 2020), the University will immediately accept successful candidates upon their confirmation of enrollment.

Successful candidates admitted to Hong Duc University in 2020 will receive their admission notice and send it to candidates via postal mail.

* ADMISSION DOCUMENTS AND FEES

b. High School Transcript and Diploma or equivalent, if graduated in 2020 provide High School Graduation Certificate (submit original and 01 certified copy).

Student curriculum vitae (according to the template provided with the admission letter or downloadable at the website: http://admission.hdu.edu.vn; http://hdu.edu.vn); 02 photos (3x4 cm); Certified copy of Birth Certificate; Certified copy of ID card or Citizen Identification Card; Confirmation of postponement of military service for males in military service age; Priority certificate (if any).

d. Transfer certificate of Youth Union, Party (if any); officials, soldiers going to school must have Decision of the unit (without transfer of salary or allowances to the school).

e. Temporary residence registration dossier, including: Change of household registration, population (HK02) form, Household registration declaration (HK01) form, certified copy of ID card/Citizen Identification Card, 01 photo 3x4 cm. Students register with local police in the ward/commune of temporary residence (if residing outside) or Dormitory Management Board of the University (if residing inside).

Admission Fees

a. Tuition Fees

- Teacher training programs are exempt from tuition fees.

- Other programs follow Decision No. 576/QĐ-UBND dated 24/02/2017 of the People's Committee of Thanh Hoa Province, as follows:

+ Undergraduate programs in Social Sciences, Economics, Law, Agriculture and Forestry are: 228,300 VND per credit.

+ Undergraduate programs in Natural Sciences, Engineering-Technology, Information Technology, Foreign Languages, Tourism are: 273,300 VND per credit.

Students are required to pay in advance for the amount of 15 credits (equivalent to 01 semester).

b. Mandatory health insurance for all students: 704,025 VND/student/15 months (from 01/10/2020 to 31/12/2021); students with valid health insurance cards will be charged based on actual months used. Voluntary body insurance is paid per course duration, at the following rates: University (4.5 years): 360,000 VND; University (4 years): 320,000 VND; College (3 years): 240,000 VND.

c. Various service fees: University charges 580,000 VND/student; College charges 540,000 VND/student.

d. The university provides closed residential halls, fully equipped for 2000 students (students in need, register at room 103, N2 building, Main Campus Residential Management Office, overseen by Trinh Thi Huan, phone: 0918648655).
