Hong Kong opens 'World of Frozen', the first themed park inspired by the movie 'Frozen' at Disneyland.

Hong Kong introduces 'World of Frozen' – the first 'Frozen' themed park worldwide.

'World of Frozen' is Disneyland Hong Kong's largest expansion to date, bringing to life the beloved hometown of Elsa and Anna, Arendelle village, with iconic landmarks such as the ice palace and Arendelle castle. The shops within the new 'World of Frozen' area draw inspiration from the Norwegian 'dragestil' (dragon style) design.

Disneyland Hong Kong performers will portray characters from the movie such as Elsa, Anna, and Kristoff, interacting with visitors. Instead of scheduled performances, 'World of Frozen' features its own band roaming the park playing music. Additionally, the menu at new park restaurants is inspired by Norwegian cuisine.
