The absence of a crucial control mechanism in Honkai: Star Rail has rendered this game glitch particularly frustrating.
Since its release, Honkai: Star Rail has scarcely encountered significant game bugs that directly affect player experience. However, there have still been some rare instances arising from unforeseeable circumstances. A recent discovery by gamers illustrates this. In unfortunate situations, standing characters may become completely immobile, trapped in a state of helplessness.
This issue originates from the robot dog companion, Diting. This functional NPC provided by the game assists players during exploration. Upon summoning, Diting closely follows the character, akin to the common sight of pets.

However, it is for this reason that the aforementioned game bug occurs. Specifically, in certain hidden corners of the map, Diting trails the character and pushes them against walls. Once caught in such a scenario, players become entirely stuck and unable to escape this dog. Despite the character's ability to walk, run, and use skills, the scope of influence cannot extend beyond the trapped position.

Faced with this 'laughable' situation, many international gamers realize that if Honkai: Star Rail had a jump button like Genshin Impact, things might have been much easier. However, we all know this is an impossible scenario due to the vastly different control mechanisms of miHoYo's 'youngest child'. As soon as it was shared on social media, numerous sarcastic comments began to emerge, mocking this popular game.

'Just jump over, mate';
'This truly marks the end for this game';
'It would've been much easier if it were some G game';
'It took me a while to stop pressing the spacebar';...
Regardless, this remains an unpleasant situation requiring miHoYo's prompt intervention. Hopefully, in the future, similar issues will not arise and affect this game.
