Jingliu has debuted and is captivating the Honkai: Star Rail gaming community with her staggering damage output and beauty. She is a standard DPS character but is easy to build due to the large critical hit stats provided by her skill set and scars. Let's see who can help Jingliu unleash these strengths in battles!

Artemis
In the current state (patch 1.4), Bronya remains the top support for any DPS in need of attack and critical hit stats in Honkai: Star Rail. Although Bronya's value in Jingliu's lineup has decreased slightly due to Jingliu having 100% action priority, they still make an excellent pair when you want to boost the damage of the master to the roof. Jingliu doesn't require many skill points, so we'll focus them all on Bronya.

You have 2 options for Bronya when paired with Jingliu:
- If you go for the fast approach, Bronya should have a speed of 161 or higher. This allows Bronya to continuously use her skills to 'drag' Jingliu along and buff all the swings of Frost Moon. Jingliu should wear attack boots because you don't need speed at all in this lineup.
- When following the slow Bronya build, Bronya should have a speed of 134, with Jingliu having 1-2 points higher. In this case, in one round, 'the master' will be able to attack twice (Jingliu attacks, Bronya uses her skill on Jingliu) and maintain the Spirit Shift state almost permanently.
Silver Wolf
Even if the enemies don't have weaknesses to Ice or Quantum, Silver Wolf can attach these weaknesses to them, making any DPS accompanying her much stronger. Additionally, due to the 'OP' nature of Genius Excelsis in the case of enemies weak to Quantum, 'the master' usually carries this stigma, making Silver Wolf very valuable when building a team for Jingliu.

In addition to the ability to add Quantum weaknesses to enemies, Silver Wolf also reduces their resistance, defense, speed, and attack, turning a tough boss into a wooden dummy for Jingliu to practice swordplay. Teammates in the team will also benefit from these effects, so it can be said that Silver Wolf is the top damage buff character in Honkai: Star Rail, on par with Bronya.
Pela
When you need your enemies to perish swiftly, one of the top solutions is to enlist Pela into your team. She possesses one of the most user-friendly skill sets in Honkai: Star Rail, with the ability to reduce the defense of all enemies by 40%. This makes Pela effective in all types of lineups, against any kind of enemy, and can be utilized anywhere.

But wait – against foes with powerful buffing capabilities, Pela serves as a strong counter with a 100% successful buff removal ability thanks to her combat skills. While you may not often require this effect, in certain battles, it can be the difference between success and failure. In summary, Pela is a surprisingly strong character despite being only 4-star rarity, and is a top choice when you want to boost the damage output of Jingliu or any other Honkai: Star Rail character.

Tingyun could be seen as the '4-star Bronya,' bringing energy, attack, and damage – notably featured in Jingliu's current banner. Although Tingyun's stats may not be as high as some other choices on this list, including her in Jingliu's team gives players the ability to use... 2 ultimate moves in 1 turn.

Meanwhile, Yukong might pose a bit of a challenge with Jingliu due to the various priority effects, making turn determination tricky. However, the amount of attack, tlbk, and stbk stats that Yukong can provide to Jingliu are still very useful. With Jingliu already having 55% tlbk (63% with Starry Abyss), you can easily reach the 100% tlbk threshold when paired with Yukong. Mytour advises using Yukong if you have a 6-star weapon.
Luocha
As the most 'OP' healer currently, Luocha is certainly a character worth mentioning when building a team for Jingliu. Outstanding healing power combined with the ability to remove enemy buffs make Luocha truly invaluable in any lineup. Luocha also scales with attack so she often contributes more damage than other healers.

Moreover, Luocha's combat skills can be automatically activated on teammates below 50% health, providing recovery for them without consuming skill points, and without waiting for their turn. This is an excellent 'emergency plan' when your team has to face dangerous boss attacks. Luocha's only drawback perhaps lies in being sandwiched between the 'waifu' banners of Seele – Silver Wolf, and many players have had to overlook him to welcome them to their team.
Other Options in Jingliu's Team
Asta:Asta plays a crucial role in Honkai: Star Rail teams (not just Jingliu's) by providing speed to allies. Asta's attack buff depends on the number of enemies and whether they have weaknesses to Fire, so it's not very consistent.
Blade:Every time Jingliu attacks, she drains her teammates' blood to enhance her sword strikes. Blade needs to lose health to activate her talent, and this happens continuously when paired with Jingliu. Thus, Blade + Jingliu make for a very stable carry duo in battles against enemies weak to Wind.
Welt:If you have Welt, pair him with Yukong. He will make good use of the buffs Yukong provides while ensuring enemies never get a turn. However, be mindful of balancing skill points!
Fu Xuan:One of the top choices for healing when building a team for any DPS, including Jingliu. Although Fu Xuan's healing ability is quite weak, it can be sufficient to keep the entire team alive as Jingliu only drains 4% health with each attack. Fu Xuan's massive health pool also helps Jingliu deal more damage after each sword strike.

Conclusion
Above is the list of the best teammates when building a team for Jingliu in version 1.4. The list of upcoming characters in Honkai: Star Rail is still extensive, so Jingliu will surely find new allies in the future. Nevertheless, Mytour believes this is still a solid foundation for players to construct a powerful lineup for the number one swordswoman of Xianzhou Luofu, and conquer every challenge the game brings for a long time to come.
