How can I customize the font style on Skype?

I mainly use Skype for chatting with my friends, but I find the default font style on Skype to be simple and boring. Is there any way to change the font style on Skype?

Skype is one of the most commonly used chat software nowadays and is familiar to many people, especially those who frequently access the Internet. Skype allows users to quickly send messages, make calls, and have video calls on computers, phones, ... easily and has more useful features than Yahoo Messenger or Viber for Windows.

When setting up Skype, options like Sound, Font, session, ... are usually left at default settings. However, during usage, if you feel that the font is not suitable, you can customize it with the following steps:

Step 1: Access your Skype account, on the program interface, click on Tools and select Options

Step 2: A new window will appear, here you find and click on IM & SMS select IM appearance and click on Change font

Step 3: Here you proceed to select the appropriate font style and font size then click OK

Finally, press Save to store your settings.
