Hello Admin! I'm using an iPhone but I'm unsure how to send my recorded voice messages to others. Could you guide me on this feature location on iPhone?

Hey there! Sending a voice message is super convenient when you need to share an important recording like a meeting or a lecture with a friend for review. Here's how you can send voice messages on your iPhone.

Step 1: Open the Voice Memo app on your iPhone.

Step 2: Tap on the red circle button to start recording, and when finished, tap Done.

Step 3: Enter a name for the recording and tap Save.

Step 4: Tap on the recorded audio and select the share icon at the bottom left, then choose Message to send via text.

Step 5: Enter the phone number and tap Send to dispatch.

Note: If the recipient doesn't use an iPhone, iPad, or iPod but has a compatible smartphone with multimedia messaging service (MMS) support and has this service activated, they'll still receive the message normally. The audio file format is m4a, so the receiving device needs a suitable app to play this message.
