According to Article 115 of the Labor Law regarding Public Holidays, workers are entitled to a one-day off with full pay on National Day (September 2nd of the Gregorian calendar). If the designated holiday coincides with a weekly day off, workers will be allowed to take compensatory leave on the following day.
