- 100% fee waiver for cash withdrawals at ABBank counters for customers conducting transactions within the same province/city
- Calculate a fee of 0.03% of the amount (minimum 10,000 VND, maximum 1,000,000 VND) for transactions outside the province/city (free for account owners or different account holders with withdrawals less than 30 million).
Scenario 2: An Binh Bank Withdrawal Fee for Foreign Currency Accounts
For withdrawals from ABBank foreign currency accounts, you will be charged a fee of 0.25% of the transaction amount if withdrawing in USD/EUR and a fee of 0.4% of the amount (minimum 3 USD) for other currencies.

+ Charging a fee of 15,000 VND/item for transfers made before 3 PM and after 4 PM for amounts under 500 million VND. For transfers exceeding 500 million VND, if conducted before 4 PM and after 4 PM, ABBank will charge a fee of 0.05% of the transfer amount, with a minimum of 15,000 VND for your transaction.

- Internal Transfers within ABBank System: Free of charge for transfers between accounts within the same province/city and incurs a fee of 0.01% (Minimum 2 USD, Maximum 50 USD) for transfers between different provinces/cities.
- Interbank transfers outside the ABBank system (domestic): If transferring within the same province/city, the fee set by ABBank for your transaction is 2 USD/item. For transfers from ABBank accounts to banks outside the system in different provinces/cities, you will be charged a fee of 0.05% of the amount (minimum 2 USD, maximum 50 USD) for each transaction.
