Learn how to effortlessly view system event logs and errors using either the Windows Event Viewer or the Mac Console.
Steps
Navigating with Windows Event Viewer
Begin by opening the Windows search bar.
⊞ Win+S
Type administrative into the search bar.
Click Administrative Tools.
Double-click Event Viewer.
Click the > next to “Windows Logs.”
Click on a log to see its contents. The log will display in the main panel.
Using Mac Console
Launch the Applications folder on your Mac. To do this, click on the Go menu and choose Applications.
Double-click the Utilities folder.
Double-click Console. This will open the Console app, where you can access system diagnostic logs for various events.
