Hibernate mode is a highly useful feature on Windows computers. Essentially, Hibernate allows all data currently in RAM to be written to the hard drive before shutting down the computer. Therefore,

Step 1: Press the Windows+X key combination or right-click on the Start button, then select the Power Option from the small window that appears.

Step 2: In the new window, select the Additional power settings option.

Step 3: In the new window, select Choose what the power buttons do

Step 4: Next, choose Change settings that are currently unavailable

Step 5: In the new window, scroll down and check the box next to Hibernate to activate Hibernate mode. Finally, click Save changes to apply the settings.

After activation, you will see the Hibernate option in the power menu as shown in the image below.
