How to add text to photos on iPhone
Step 1: Open the Photos app on your device and select the photo you want to add text to
Step 2: Choose 'Edit '
Step 3: Tap on the three-dot icon in the top right corner of the screen
Step 4: Press 'Markup'
Step 5: Select the '+' icon at the bottom right of the screen, then choose 'Text'
Step 6: To edit the content, tap anywhere in the 'Text' box. Press the 'Aa' icon below the screen to adjust the font size. Next to this icon is the color palette for the text.
Step 7: After completing the content editing step, tap anywhere outside the text box to use other features of the Markup tool. You can also write your own content using your fingers with the 'pen/marker/pencil' tools.
Step 8: Once you've finished your desired tasks, select 'Done' in the top right corner of the screen to save the edited image to the photo library.
Note: all changes made with the Markup toolkit will directly apply to the original image without creating a new image file. However, you can undo all these editing operations at any time.
