This guide will show you how to modify the language settings in the Zoom desktop app and the web version of Zoom. The language displayed on the Zoom mobile app is controlled by the operating system settings.
Steps
For Windows Desktop App Users

Launch Zoom on your Windows PC. You can find it in your Start menu.



Right-click on the Zoom icon. You'll see a video camera inside a blue circle, and a menu will appear next to your cursor.

Hover over Switch Languages and select a language. When you hover over Switch Languages, a menu will show the available languages.
- Select a language from the menu, and your Zoom client will restart. You'll need to log in again.
For Mac Desktop App Users

Launch the Zoom app on your Mac. You'll find it in the Applications folder.

Right-click on the Zoom icon in the Dock. It resembles a video camera inside a blue circle.

Hover over Switch Languages. When you hover over Switch Languages, a list of available languages will pop up.

Click to choose a language. Confirm your selection, and your Zoom client will restart. You'll need to log in again to apply the changes.
For Using Zoom on the Web

Visit any https://zoom.com page. You can use any web browser to change the language settings in Zoom.

Click the drop-down menu under 'Language.' Scroll to the bottom of the page to find this menu in the footer.

Click to choose a language. You have the freedom to select any language from the provided options, and the page will instantly switch to the chosen language.
- If you make this change while logged in, your language preference will automatically update in your profile, affecting all web browsers you use to access Zoom.
