Step 2: Above, in the Enter Class Name box, you enter the desired class name
Step 3: Click on the file that the teacher just downloaded 'Exel_add_student ...' at the bottom left of the interface.
Now, the Excel file will appear. In the file, teachers enter the information of the students, including their name, date of birth, and gender as instructed in the file, then save it (Press Ctrl+S).
Step 4: Next, teachers go back to the browser, click on 'No file selected' and navigate to the folder where the file is stored to upload.
Teachers click on the file just created (arrow 1) and then click 'Open' (arrow 2).
Step 5: Next, click on 'Create Class'.
Note: If the teacher doesn't have a student file created earlier, skip the file download part and click 'Create Class' directly. When you send the assignment link to students, they or their parents will update the information in the table for you.
Step 6: To assign exercises, teachers click on 'Add Assignment'.
Step 7: Here, teachers choose the assignment deadline by clicking on the 'select submission time' box (arrow 1) and then enter the assignment description (arrow 2).
Continuing, teachers click on 'Add Assignment File'. On a computer, teachers can download word, pdf, or image files. (On a phone, clicking on add assignment file will show the camera for taking pictures).
Teachers go to the folder where the assignment file is saved, then click on the assignment file, and finally click Open as shown below.
Note: Teachers can download assignments from the test bank by clicking on 'Select from Test Bank'.
Step 8: After that, teachers click on 'Add Assignment' as shown below.
Step 9: Teachers click on 'Copy Link' (arrow 1) or click on 'Send via Zalo' (arrow 2) to send the assignment link to students and parents on Zalo.
When assigning exercises using the Azota app, students take pictures, print assignments, and then submit them to you through the app. Afterwards, you can grade the students' assignments. This way, you can easily track their learning progress through the Azota app.
Along with teaching and learning through the Azota homework app, for quick revision, finding effective learning methods, solving exercises, and understanding specialized materials with low costs, students can consider learning and renting books on the Chegg software (a popular American learning software).
