Youtube serves as a vast social platform where users can upload anything to express themselves, as well as receive attention and support from viewers worldwide.
From the viewer's perspective, there are times when you may not like the content from videos uploaded by a particular account, or videos related to a certain topic. Therefore, I'll share how to block videos in this post.
On your computer:
Once logged into your Youtube account, go to the main page of the Youtube channel you want to block. Then, go to the 'About' section and select this flag icon. Simply click on 'Block user' and you're done.

Blocking videos on iOS and Android phones follows a similar process, so you can refer to the information below.
Similarly, go to the profile page of the user you want to block. Tap on the dropdown menu at the top of the screen, then hit 'Block user'.

Using Chrome browser add-ons:
Step 1: Click here to download the Video Blocker extension for Chrome.

Step 2: On the video from that Youtube channel, right-click and select 'Block videos from this channel'.

Alternatively, you can also enter the name (in uppercase letters) of the Youtube channel and select 'Channel'. Video Blocker will remove videos from this channel.

Moreover, with this extension, you can customize how to find information to block by selecting the following options:
- Wildcard: similar to blocking a Channel, but you don't need to enter each uppercase letter accurately, Video Blocker will filter the results and block them for you.

- Keyword: this tool will help you filter and block videos with similar keywords.

With the sharing above on how to block unwanted videos on Youtube, hope you find it helpful, further supporting in managing and suggesting more interesting Youtubers.
