Currently, MoMo does not provide the feature to block messages from users in the app settings. Therefore, the simplest way for you to block MoMo spam messages is to unfriend the user.
Step 1: Access the MoMo app on your phone and log in to your account with your username and personal password.

Step 2: Tap on the 'chat' icon on the main menu in MoMo.
Step 3: Search for and select the conversation where a MoMo user has sent you spam messages.
Step 4: In the conversation interface, select the user's name.
Step 5: Next, tap on the three dots (...) on this user's profile page and select 'unfriend'. Unfriending will help you block spam messages from this person. However, they can still send you friend requests and spam messages if you accept.
If you wish to completely sever all connections on MoMo with this user, you can choose 'block' to block them entirely.
