Step 1: Access the Zalo app on your phone screen (Image 1). When Zalo appears, look at the bottom right corner, you tap on the icon of 4 small squares (Image 2).
Step 2: Look at the top right corner, you tap the gear icon (Image 3). Then, Zalo switches to the settings interface, you click on 'Privacy' (Image 4).
Step 3: The Zalo interface will switch to the 'Privacy' section (Image 5). Then, you find 'Receive messages from strangers', you slide the bar to turn off this mode.
So, you have successfully blocked messages from strangers on Zalo.
3. How to review the blocked list
Step 1: After accessing Zalo, look at the bottom right corner, then click on the icon with 4 small squares (Image 1). Next, you click on the gear icon at the top right corner when Zalo changes its interface (Image 2).
