Step 2: Click on the Open From Computer section to upload your image from your computer.
Step 3: Click on the waterdrop icon on the toolbar and select the Blur Tool.
Step 4: Adjust the size of the area to blur in the image by sliding the cursor in the Size section left or right to make it smaller or larger.
Step 5: Move to the Strength section and slide the scroll bar left or right to adjust the intensity of the blur.
Step 6: Hold down the left mouse button and drag over the positions you want to blur.
