Canceling Payments as a Recipient
Access Cash App Cash App is accessible on both
iOS and
Android devices.
Click on the Activity Tab Identified by the clock icon located at the top right corner.
Select the Payment to Cancel Identify the sender, amount, and payment timestamp.
Tap ••• to Access Options
Tap Refund
Tap OK This will initiate the refund process.
Refunding as a Sender
Access the Activity tab. Look for the clock icon situated at the top right corner.
Choose the payment you wish to cancel. You'll see details such as the sender, amount, and time of the transaction.

Tap ••• . This will reveal options related to the payment.
