Method 2: Using the My MobiFone App to Cancel Subscribed Services
Step 1: First, download the latest version of My MobiFone using the link provided below onto your phone:
- Download: My MobiFone for Android
- Download: My MobiFone for iPhone
Step 2: Proceed to log into your My MobiFone account by entering your phone number ->Request OTP. If you already have a password, select the login option using your existing password.
Step 3: On the main interface of the My MobiFone app, select the See More section
The next window will display all the subscribed packages and services for your Vinaphone number along with details such as expiration dates, cancellation methods, subscribed packages, etc.
