I. How to Cancel Shopee Orders on Mobile

Open the Shopee app => Go to Me => Select Awaiting Confirmation => Choose the order to cancel => Select Cancel Order => Choose reason for cancellation =>Agree.

Step 1: Update or download the latest version of Shopee here:

Step 2: Open Shopee app =>Log in to your account (if already logged in, no need to log in again) => Select Me.
Step 3: In the Purchase Orders section => Select Awaiting Confirmation => Choose the order to cancel.
Step 4: Next, select Cancel Order => Choose reason for cancelling Shopee order => Press Agree.
After cancelling the order, click on the Cancelled section to view the result.

II. How to Cancel Shopee Orders on Computer
1. Quick Guide
Open Shopee on your Web browser =>Log in to Shopee => Click on account => then select Purchase Orders => Choose Awaiting Confirmation => Find and select Cancel Order => Choose reason and press Cancel Order.
2. Detailed Instructions
Step 1: Open Shopee on your Web browser => Log in to Shopee.
Step 2: On the Shopee homepage, select account (Top right corner of the screen) => Then select Purchase Orders.
Step 3: In the Purchase Orders interface, choose the Awaiting Confirmation section.
Step 4: Continue to select the order to cancel => Choose Cancel Order below.
Step 5: Choose reason for cancelling Shopee order => Press Agree.
To check cancelled orders on Shopee, select the Cancelled section and the result:
III. Cancelling Shopee Orders During Delivery or Pick-up
During the pick-up phase, it means the Shop has packaged the product and is waiting for the shipping unit to pick it up. At this point, to cancel a Shopee order, you just need to directly contact the shop via messaging or calling. After messaging the Shop, there will be 02 scenarios:
+ If the shop does not agree to cancel: Your order will be handed over to the shipping unit. At this point, the status of your order will change to Being Delivered. To cancel a Shopee order during delivery, the only way is to refuse to accept the delivery when the delivery person calls you. If you refuse 3 times within 60 days, your payment upon delivery feature will be locked.
