How to Cancel Your Uber Pass or Uber One Subscription Quickly

Stop Being Charged for Your Uber Pass or Uber One Subscription with These Simple Steps

Launch the Uber App on your Android, iPhone, or iPad. You can find it either on your Home screen or in your list of apps.

• If you subscribed to Uber Eats Pass exclusively, open the Uber Eats app instead. In most areas, Eats Pass has been replaced by Uber One. If you cannot locate the option to cancel Eats Pass in the Uber Eats app, use this method to discover how to terminate Uber One.
• If you cancel Uber Pass at least 48 hours prior to your next billing date, you will not incur any additional charges.

Tap the Account icon. This icon resembles a person and is located at the bottom-right corner of the screen.

Tap Uber Pass. You'll see this option on the menu if you are currently subscribed to the service.

Scroll down and tap

Manage membership. This will provide you with details about your Uber Pass membership, such as your next billing date and the benefits of your Uber Pass.

Click on End membership. You'll find this choice under 'End membership.' A confirmation message will pop up.

• The End membership option vanishes 48 hours before your upcoming payment date. It reappears after your subsequent payment.
• If you want to cancel but don't see the End Membership option, contact Uber support at 800-353-8237.

Tap Leave Uber Pass to confirm. If you're only subscribed to Uber Eats Pass, tap Leave Eats Pass instead. This immediately cancels your Uber Pass (or Uber Eats Pass) membership.

Open the Uber app or Uber Eats app on your Android, iPhone, or iPad. As Uber One provides benefits for both Uber Eats and the traditional Uber ride app, you can cancel the service in either app.

• If you cancel your Uber One membership at least 48 hours before your next billing date, you won't be charged again.
• If you're on a free trial, your benefits end as soon as you cancel Uber One.
• If you've been paying for Uber One, you'll continue receiving Uber One benefits after cancellation until the last date of the current billing cycle.

Tap on Account. You'll find this at the bottom-right corner of either the Uber app.

Tap on Uber One. You'll find this option just below 'Messages' in the Uber app, or under 'Business Preferences' in the Uber Eats app.

Tap on Manage membership. This option is located at the bottom of the screen where you'll now see your billing information, including your next billing date and the amount you'll be charged.

Tap on End membership. It's located at the bottom of the screen.

Select a cancellation reason and tap on Continue. Choose any of the 4 options that describe your reason for discontinuing your membership.

Tap on End membership to confirm. This action will end your Uber One membership.

• Uber Pass is no longer open for new subscribers. Once you cancel Uber Pass, you won't be eligible to register again.
• If you encounter difficulties canceling Uber Pass or Uber One or wish to discuss a refund, you can reach out to Uber at https://help.uber.com/ubereats (for Uber Eats) or https://help.uber.com (for Uber).
• If you wish to discontinue Uber services entirely, you have the option to terminate your Uber or Uber Eats account.
