How to Change Your Archer C9 WiFi Password

People who often use the internet for work are likely familiar with the Archer C9. It's a high-end modem line, with a high price tag but excellent quality from TP-Link. Changing the WiFi password for the Archer C9 isn't like the typical TP-Link modems.

By default, it uses TP-Link's new interface, so some users in Vietnam may find Archer C9 a bit unfamiliar. How to Change Archer C9 WiFi Password, Set up TP-Link Archer C9 WiFi Password

Step 1: Access the Archer C9 WiFi by entering the address: 192.168.1.1 in the URL bar of any browser.

Then enter the Username and

Password to access the Archer C9 WiFi. Typically, the username and password are:

Username: admin
Password: admin

Select Login to proceed with changing the Archer C9 WiFi password.

In the Archer C9 WiFi interface, click on Wireless. This section allows you to adjust WiFi settings.

Step 2: You will see the Password section for the 2.4GHz and 5GHz bands. Choose the band available only on premium WiFi models. Set a password for these bands, select the band, and press Save.

Step 3: At the top right corner of the Archer C9 modem interface, pay attention to the Reboot button. Click on it to restart the Archer C9 WiFi modem.

Select Yes to proceed with the reboot.

Please wait for about 2 minutes for the Archer C9 modem to restart.
