- Customers click on View Notification section will display the electricity bill notice and you can directly print or download to your computer.
- Customers click on View Invoice to display the electricity bill and you can directly print or download to your computer (the View Invoice section only exists when customers have paid the electricity bill to the power company).

- The username is the customer code printed on the electricity bill or notification. Therefore, when you log in to your account for the first time, the username and password are the customer code. For example: Customer code is: PA15030123456 => then the username and password are PA15030123456).
- After successfully logging in for the first time, if the system requires you to change your password, you should change it immediately before proceeding with the inquiry. If you do not see the password change request, you should proactively change your password to ensure the security of your account information.
To change your password, go to the Customer Account section -> select Update Account Information to change your password.
