To check electricity bills in Dak Lak or search for electricity bills by customer name in Dak Lak, follow these steps:
Step 1: Register an Account
Customers, electricity users access the website HERE to perform Registration if they do not have an account yet.
The Registration interface will be displayed as depicted below -> Customers, electricity users register according to the instructions of the website.
Step 2: Log in to your account
If customers already have an account or have successfully registered, proceed to log in directly HERE, the login interface will be displayed as shown in the image below:
Step 3: View information and download electronic bills
- After successfully logging in, you click on the Search and View electronic bills menu to access your electronic bill data.
- Next, you select the period, month, and year of the bill you want to search for.
+ If customers, electricity users have not paid the electricity bill -> then you can only view the electricity bill notification.
Notes on Checking Electricity Bills in Đắk Lắk
- To view the bill, customers, electricity users must register an account before the Electricity Company issues bills to customers.
- In the opposite case, meaning after the Electricity Company issues bills, you can only view the bill for the next period after registering an account.
