Normally, to view the lunar date, users need to download and install applications for viewing lunar dates and times. There are plenty of these apps available on iOS and Android, although convenient, they can be bothersome due to ads.

Guide to checking the lunar calendar on Zalo
Of course, don't forget to download and update the latest version of the free messaging app Zalo on your device.
Step 1: Users open the Zalo app on their phone and tap on the Weather section.
If your phone doesn't have this feature yet, search for 'Weather' in the search tool. Tap on the widget in the search results. In the widget's introduction window, click on the Follow button.
Step 2: The system immediately takes users to the workspace window of the Weather widget. To look up lunar information, you click on the LUNAR CALENDAR button at the bottom of the screen.
Immediately, a lunar date lookup screen will appear as illustrated below. Like many other widgets, Zalo allows users to display both lunar and solar dates on the phone's calendar, detailed date and time information, and daily zodiac hours.
Step 3: In addition to checking the lunar date and time, Zalo also supports users in sharing this information with friends and family. In the Lunar Calendar window, click on the three-dot options icon in the top right corner of the screen, then select:
- Send to friends: Send information to friends on Zalo.
Additionally, you can set up Zalo reminders for the Full Moon or the First day of the Lunar Month. In the Weather window, click on the FULL MOON/FIRST DAY function button.
