Under normal labor conditions, the retirement age and time of retirement according to the increasing retirement age roadmap of the Law will be calculated as follows:
- Male Workers: Born from January 1961 to September 1961 will retire in 2021 at the age of 60 years and 3 months; born from October 1961 to June 1962 will retire in 2022 at the age of 60 years and 6 months,... The retirement age increases by 3 months per year until reaching 62 years according to state regulations.
- Female Workers: Born from January 1966 to September 1966 will retire in 2021 at the age of 55 years and 4 months; born from September 1966 to April 1967 will retire in 2022 at the age of 55 years and 8 months,...
