- In the case where children have been issued a Citizen Identification Card, the personal identification number can be directly checked on the Citizen Identification Card.

- In cases where children do not yet have a Citizen Identification Card, the personal identification number can be looked up through:

+ Directly on the Birth Certificate.
+ Father, mother, or legal representative can request the local police to issue a written notification of the personal identification number where the citizen has registered permanent residence.

Step 3: Navigate to the section for Residential Registration Book/ID Card/Citizen Identification Card to view your personal identification number.

After selection, the screen will display 'CREATE NEW RESIDENCE NOTIFICATION', users scroll down to the 'ID Card/Citizen Identification Card/Personal Identification Number' section to view the personal identification number.
