In this article, Software Tricks will guide you on how to check Vietnamese spelling errors and fix them quickly and easily using Google Docs.

Step 1: Go to the Google Docs homepage – Documents and sign in with your Google/ Gmail account...
At the main interface of Google Docs, select the Blank option to create a new document.
Step 2: Once the blank document is opened, you can Copy – Paste the entire text you want to spell-check inside for usage.
If the text to be spell-checked is saved in Word format (.Docs), you can directly open it to maintain the original formatting such as font style, font size, alignment, etc. (recommended).
To open a Word document (.Docs) in Google Docs, select File -> Open (Ctrl + O).
Step 3: When the Open file window appears, select Upload and choose the Word file you want to spell-check in Vietnamese.
Step 4: This completes the process of opening the Word file for Vietnamese spell-check and correcting spelling errors on Google Docs.
Step 5: To have Google Docs check spelling and correct spelling errors, select Tools -> Spelling and grammar -> Check spelling and grammar.
Step 6: The system will automatically scan the spelling in your document, highlighting spelling errors and even suggesting corrections for you.
To automatically correct spelling errors, select Accept to replace the correct term. If you prefer not to replace, you can choose Ignore to move on to the next word.
Proceed similarly with other spelling errors to increase spell-checking efficiency and error correction.
Step 7: Once the Vietnamese spell-check and correction process is complete, Google Docs will notify you.
Step 8: You have now successfully checked and swiftly corrected Vietnamese spelling errors on Google Docs. Once done, select File -> Download -> Microsoft Word to save the document file to your computer.
