BIDV's SmartBanking service and BIDV Mobile mobile application are two convenient banking services of BIDV. However, there will be differences between the BIDV Online application and SmartBanking.
- BIDV Online: supports non-financial transactions including checking balances, transferring, or directly paying from the BIDV Mobile app for mobile devices. The application is developed directly by BIDV. You can register at BIDV branches/transaction offices nationwide or register online through the provided link.
Access and log in to BIDV Online service, here you need to enter the login information and password registered before. To register new, simply press New Registration and follow the instructions.
In the main interface of BIDV Online, you press Menu >Accounts > Account information query to check your BIDV account.
- BIDV SmartBanking: supports all BIDV account services from balance inquiry, checking the amount in BIDV accounts, payments, transfers. The application is a collaboration product between BIDV and VNPay company.
Step 1: Register for BIDV SmartBanking service at branches/transaction offices nationwide or register online on the application when you already have a BIDV Online account. Follow the detailed instructions of BIDV SmartBanking such as entering the Login Name, password of BIDV Online service.
Step 2: Login to BIDV SmartBanking account with the first-time password sent to your phone. You will need to change a new password at the first step. For more convenient login next time, you can set up fingerprint login.
