1. Check Viettel phone balance using USSD
* Method 1: Dialing *101#
On your phone, type *101# and press 'OK' (the call button).
Just a few seconds later, your main account balance will be displayed on the phone screen. This action is completely free of charge.
To check your subsidiary account, you perform the same steps as above but with the alternate command *102#.
* Method 2: Dialing *111#
Another way to check Viettel prepaid account is by using the USSD code *111#.

Note:
- Check Balance: The balance mentioned here is not your main account balance but the balance from prepaid cards that have been loaded but not yet transferred to your phone.

II. Guide on checking Viettel postpaid accounts
Method 1:
There are numerous ways to check your Viettel postpaid account, and the simplest way is to send a text message to find out how much you've spent in the last month.
Send a text message with the format: TRACUOC send 195 to get information about your account.
- To check remaining minutes for calls to other networks, send a text: KTNM send 109 .
- To check Viettel 3G data usage, send a text KTTK send 109 .
- To check remaining minutes for on-net calls and texts, send a text KTLL send 109 .
Method 2:
To check your Viettel postpaid account, call 199 hotline and follow the instructions. First, press 1 to select Vietnamese. Then press 1 if you want to hear information about unpaid total charges, or press 2 to hear information about charges used in the previous month.
