Steps to Follow
iPhone & iPad
Launch the Twitter app on your iPhone or iPad. Look for the distinctive blue and white bird icon either on your Home screen or within your app library.
Touch your profile picture. You'll find it located in the top-left corner of your screen. This action will reveal the left sidebar with various options.
Select Settings and privacy. This option is located at the bottom of the left sidebar. You might need to scroll down slightly to view it.
Choose Accessibility, display, and languages.
Locate and tap Data usage. It'll be listed at the bottom.

- Clear all web storage wipes out your entire web-related cache, including cookies and website passwords saved within Twitter's built-in browser. If you've logged into websites via the Twitter app and saved your logins, you'll need to re-login upon revisiting those sites via the app.
Select Clear web page storage or Clear all web storage again to confirm. This action promptly clears the chosen web cache and frees up storage on your iPhone or iPad.
Android
- Locate your Android's Settings app in your list of applications. You can also access it by swiping down from the top of the Home screen and tapping the gear icon.
Access the Apps section. This will display a list of all installed apps on your Android device.
