1. Deleting Call History on iPhone
Step 1: Open the Phone (1) app => Recents (2) => select All (3) => Edit (4).

Step 2: Next, tap on Delete to proceed with deleting the call history.
Step 3: If you want to delete the entire call history, you can still follow the same steps by accessing the Recent section => tap and hold any phone number in the list (2) => Batch Delete (3).
Step 4: Tap on the checkbox icon at the beginning of the line (1) => Delete (2) => Delete (3).
