Step 1: First, select the area you want to conceal in the image. To do this, the simplest way is to use the selection tool.
Step 2: Click on the Filter menu item, then select Pixelate and choose Mosaic.
Step 3: The Mosaic workspace will appear, where you can adjust the level of pixelation in the Cell size section or drag the slider below. The larger the Cell size value, the more blurred the selected object will be.
