Step 2: Upon entering the group interface, you'll notice under the More section, there are 4 additional expanded options, one of which is 'Create Opinion Poll'. Click on it to create opinion polls on Facebook Workplace.
Step 3: Next, click on 'Add Poll Options' to include choices for users to vote on.
Step 4: Facebook Workplace system allows you to create surveys with hundreds of different lines and opinions. However, you should limit excessive surveys with too many opinions , as it can lead to diverging from the original purpose and desired topics.
Step 5: In the 'Opinion Poll Options ' section, there are 2 additional options for you:
- Allow everyone to add options: When this mode is activated, instead of being limited to selecting only 1 result in the poll, users can choose as many results as they like.
- Allow people to choose multiple options: This feature allows members of the group to add opinions for voting. However, we do not encourage this as it can easily dilute the topic.
Once you've completed selecting all the features, you can simply click on 'post' to get started.
